The Sunday Paper: Quality Over Quantity

I feel like the more I grow and mature, the less "stuff" I need. Let me explain that a little further. When I was growing up and before I became a designer, I wanted to have anything and everything. I always had an endless “things to buy” that no matter how much I purchased would keep being added to and was impossible to complete the list. It’s quite a trap to get into and not so easy to break. Don’t get me wrong, I like nice things as much as the next guy, but I value other things more than that now. Things like quality time with family and friends. That, to me, is so valuable and rather undervalued. Time itself is another commodity that I feel can be undervalued at times too, and I believe one is truly free when he controls his own time. Moreover, these days I prefer to be a creator rather than a consumer, and that fills me with great joy.

The Sunday Paper: Quality Over Quantity

I love to create quality products that last, and I like to see customers enjoy the products. My goal is to make people look and feel good, so then hopefully from that, they can be successful in life. I also strive to make products that last too. My philosophy is quality over quantity, and I think with our brand you get that. I value quality pieces, and I love to live in them and enjoy them rather than just stock them on a shelf and preserve them. Life itself is made to be lived, and our products are no exception to that. So wear them, enjoy them and live life. I love the idea of shedding the unnecessary and curating things you truly value. It’s a nice headspace to be in for myself and allows me the freedom to create.
