RETURNS POLICY

We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Items washed, worn or not returned in original condition will not be accepted and returned to the customer. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return. Return requests must be submitted by emailing us at returns@danielpatrick.net or hitting the button below. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow.

If you do not ship your return within 30 days of receiving the item, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

Please note items may only be returned once. 



PROCESSING

After your return has been received at our Warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

REFUNDS

If you ship with your own method, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned. If you use our returns system, the cost of your return label will be deducted from your total refund. 

The original shipping cost paid when ordering will not be refunded. 

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. Using our returns portal, you can exchange your item for a different size subject to availability.

Your exchange will be processed and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of the return being delivered.

 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on danielpatrick.us until the balance is gone. Your credit will be available to use once your return has been received at our headquarters.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please use the link above to request your DHL express return label. Drop off the package at your local DHL or schedule a pick up. The cost of the return label will be deduced from your refund.

D&T charges for international orders will not be refunded. 

You will be refunded upon the return of you order, and you can repurchase any size or color changes that you would like.
